Texas Winter Weather Update by Texas Department of Transportation
TxDOT forces have been out since this morning preparing for the current winter weather across North Texas. TxDOT will be working overnight to ensure our roads remain passable and safe. Particular attention is given to bridges, high traffic interchanges and roadways. We are using snowplows, salt spreaders and liquid de-icing rigs to assist with de-icing/anti-icing of the roadways and bridges.
