Earth Day Offers Interesting Workshops by Earth Day Festival
Workshops offered during Earth Day Texoma 2015 (EDT) will include how-to advice on building a butterfly-friendly garden, using natural-healing techniques for pets, and converting a house to geothermal heating and cooling.
The seventh annual free, family-oriented festival takes place on April 25 this year, 8:30-5:00 at Sherman Municipal Grounds, 405 N. Rusk in Sherman.

Austin College Faculty Examine the Ancient in the Modern with Medieval and Renaissance Week by Austin College
SHERMAN, TEXAS--Austin College will hold 'Medieval and Renaissance Week' on campus February 9 through 13. A number of lectures, free and open to the public, will highlight the week and celebrate the roots of Western civilization in the ancient world and their contemporary significance. 2015 Earth Day Festival "Learning Green" by Earth Day Festival
