Aromatherapy Specialist, Jodi Cook of The Cook Collections in McKinney, Texas will present a seminar on the practical use of aromatherapy in your daily life. Jodi will provide insight into the practical use of essential oils and how these unique, living oils heal wounds, balance hormones, reduce blood pressure, provide allergy relief, increase immune responses and regulate body systems. Jodi has worked with, and researched, essential oils for 4 years. She is currently pursuing her Clinical Aromatherapy Certificate and co-owns The Cook Collections in Downtown McKinney, specializing in natural and fragrant products for the body and home.
Bella Fontana Spa features the hand crafted and specially created body butters, soaps, lotions and candles created by The Cook Collections. Just smell them next time you are in the Spa!
Also speaking, Cheryl Kaufmann, Reiki Master and Licensed Massage Therapist. Cheryl will highlight the natural healing modality of Reiki: what it is, what it can do for you, and how it can help with pain relief, relaxation, detoxification, energy balance and immune response. Cheryl has 11 years of experience as a Reiki Practitioner. She also teaches Reiki, provides individual sessions and maintains a private, licensed massage practice in Allen, TX.
