The 2nd Floor Gallery will host a reception for the PB&J Exhibition: A Cancer Awareness Exhibit. The show opened on March 27 and will conclude with the May 3 reception. In addition to the exhibit that opens to the public at 6pm there will be a silent auction, 6pm to 8:45pm. Proceeds from the sale of the art work ranging from 20% to 100% will go to the American Cancer Society. PB&J artists exhibiting in the show are Donna F. Adams, Deeya MH Bain, Steve O. Black, Arlene Cason, Sarah Sparks Duran, Austin Duval, Lynzie Foust, Taylor Holley, Gaby Hundley, Mary Karam, Shawna Klassen, Jose A. The evening will also feature the 5th Annual Incredible Edible Art Show. The food art show, located in the foyer of the Arts & Communications Center will feature one-of-a-kind food art. Individuals and/or group foodies are invited to bring and submit their fresh and edible food creations for the show at 5:45pm on May 3. The food show will open at 6pm and will be eaten at 6:45pm. To set the mood for the exhibit, auction, and food show, Dr. Tercero and his music students will be playing in the foyer from 6pm to 7pm. The PB&J exhibit, silent auction, edible art show, and reception are free and open to the public. Doors will open to the public for a presentation of The Commedia Pinocchio at 7pm.
